I am passionate about the power of Life Coaching, The Journey and Reiki to transform lives. I love to inspire others to find balance, enjoyment and meaning in their life.
With my skills and your desire to make positive change in your life, I can assist you to tap into your own awareness, knowledge and intuition and move you forward to create the life you truly want to live.
My professional background is a trained Life Coach and a qualified Journey and Reiki practitioner having studied in New Zealand, the UK and Australia. I also hold a degree in Education and was previously a qualified school teacher.
My years of experience encompasses a range of other modalities including studies in neuro-linguistic programming and advanced level Aura-Soma.
